LEATHER DISCLAIMER

Our bags are crafted from full-grain leather—the highest quality and most durable leather available. Because full-grain hides are not sanded, coated, or artificially corrected, they retain the natural character of the animal’s life. This means your bag may feature visible marks such as small scars, brands, bug bites, or slight variations in texture. These are not flaws—they are authentic traits that add individuality and charm to every piece.

GENERAL CARE

Store leather goods in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Excess moisture can damage stitching, adhesives, and the leather itself, while prolonged sun exposure may dry out or fade the hide. 

Although we use premium leather, all natural leather will change over time. Limit sun exposure to maintain color and condition.

CLEANING & CONDITIONING

For cleaning or maintenance, we recommend consulting a professional leather care specialist. If you choose to use a leather conditioner, follow the manufacturer’s instructions—remember, a little goes a long way. Proper conditioning helps the leather maintain its moisture, softness, and long-term durability.

Scuffs and scratches are a natural part of full-grain leather’s character. With occasional conditioning, many surface marks will soften, blend, and contribute to the rich patina that develops over time.

FRINGE CARE

If fringe requires cleaning, gently spot wash with mild soap and a soft cloth. Because damp fringe may stretch, air dry naturally.

If needed, place fringe flat between towels and lightly iron the back on low heat. Avoid overheating or stretching.

HAIR-ON-HIDE LEATHER

Hair-on-hide is a natural material, and shedding is normal. Over time, hair may thin or develop bald spots. If this natural wear is not desirable, consider a different leather type. Shedding, thinning, rub marks, or bald spots are not covered under warranty and cannot be repaired, returned, or exchanged.
