Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Time All shop orders with in-stock inventory are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Custom  items and out-of-stock items available for purchase will be made after the order is placed. Because each piece is handcrafted, some items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at admin@jirscheleleather.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
